As a little girl growing up dinner around my house happened every night, but there was always something special about Sunday dinner. We all come together around the dinner table and enjoy a delicious meal full of love. My granny would cook with so much love and passion, which she passed down to me. Food tells a story, it speaks to your soul. My professional culinary career began in 2014 when I open my catering business. My American/Bahamian heritage allows me to create delicious cuisines that brings people together.

Demetria Plummer

Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL, I (Demetria) am the oldest offspring of Raye and Elinor Watson. I've been married for 29 years to Jonathan Plummer. We have 3 daughters, Janae', Denaeja, and Jillisa.

At the age of 8, I began my cooking journey with my grandmother Evelyn. I began to learn the many family recipes and would one day pass them on to other family members. Cooking is not just a hobby for me but it has been like a form of therapy. From in-home catering to having a food truck and now a restaurant, the journey has been one to remember. Linking up with Twana has been God-sent and ordained.

Two people that has known each other for years but never knowing they shared the same dream. Now get to walk out on faith with a mutual love for God the best is yet to be seen.
